Gameplay: Set in the prosperous year of 2103, human civilization has spread to Mars, where aggressive aliens take the planet's citizens captive and claim the red rock for their own. So it's up to E.Z. Wheeler, a Radical Tactics Expert, to use his combat and technical skills to flush out the invaders. Aided by a female digital assistant, he makes his way through a bubble colony, takes control of robots and hops on the back of a planetary rover. Four exotic, multiplayer levels are a bonus.

Bottom Line: While sci-fi adventures are usually a hard sell, LucasArts has been pushing boundaries with a series of inventive print ads featuring a "secret decoder" insert. Expect a small customer base, but nothing monster. --Jon M. Gibson
