Gameplay: Hardcore gamers will love Konami's first strategy game for the system. One of the best brought to a console, this strategy game is set in an alternate '60s universe in which Japan did not surrender in World War II. The focus is on strategic warfare, with a squadron of armored fighting walkers in three distinct regions of Japan.
Bottom Line: With only EA's Kessen on store shelves, there's plenty of room for another solid strategy game for PS2. While the game's steep learning curve will likely keep casual gamers at bay, strategy fans will buy this one. It's a great "rent before you buy" title as well. --John Gaudiosi
