Story Line: When Helen (Fiona Horsey) has sex, her partners immediately vanish—literally. And once her abdomen begins verbally demanding more sex, men begin to disappear in large numbers. Meanwhile, her shy suitor (Paul Conway) is sidetracked by lovely conjoined twins.

Bottom Line: Originally entitled Penetration Angst, this 2003 horror dark comedy with gore has several over-the-top scenes but not enough to wholly deliver. Part of the problem is director Buld's devotion to getting everything just right, but with a cast and crew of limited talent and an equally limited budget, he can only hit so many high marks. Weaknesses in dim lighting, hollow sound and slow editing could have been fixed if he went for the grimier look of Stuart Gordon or the more energetic feel of Hideo Nakata. But Buld used the right lead in Horsey, reprising her slit-eyed slut from Twisted Sister, and Conway, a mousey would-be lover who clearly needs anger management when it comes to handling his girlfriend's conjoined sibling (there's an electric knife involved, yuck). Horsey and Conway seem willing to do just about anything that Buld's sick and twisted mind comes up with, which can be amusing and entertaining for gorehounds.
