> Entourage's Dillon and golf will cross over to women as well as men.

In this surprisingly humorous, low-key golf comedy, Entourage's Kevin Dillon stars as a bitter man uncomfortably reunited with estranged college friends and their wives during their 20-year reunion. The men play a somewhat high-stakes golf match during the day, while the women wile away the hours with wine. Eventually, there is an eight-way catharsis that director William Dear, who has spent the last few years making family fare (Angels in the Outfield), handles remarkably well. Production values are good, although the British Columbia location looks mighty cold for golf.

Shelf Talk: Dillon is smoking hot from HBO's hit Entourage, which premiered the second half of its third season last week, and he's the main draw here. More generally, golf movies appear to be perennials—Tin Cup, Happy Gilmore and of course, Caddyshack—and they seem to be in short supply despite the increasing popularity of the sport. Screen Media has correctly positioned this one as a Father's Day title, and there also could be some momentum from April's heavily pushed Masters Tournament. With only trade advertising on the studio's plan, it'll be up to retailers to heighten awareness for Foursome.
