JUNE 20 | FROM TWICE: Samsung Electronics launched Friday a new online Blu-ray Resource Center from its main Web site, to inform consumers about the technology, Samsung’s Blu-ray offerings and to provide new firmware introductions for existing models.The Blu-ray Resource Center includes FAQs, and a live chatroom with Samsung Blu-ray support specialists. The company vows to keep things fresh with a new Weekly Topic giving Samsung's perspective on current Blu-ray product issues with further education on technology.
