Image forecasts 43% rise in fiscal Q2 revenue

49% increase predicted for half of year

OCT. 8 | Image Entertainment expects its second-quarter fiscal 2009 net revenue to exceed $31 million, a performance that will mark a 43% surge over its revenue recorded during the same frame in fiscal 2008.

The company will announce its final results for the period on Nov. 14.

For the six months ended Sept. 30, Image anticipates revenue rising about 48% from the comparable fiscal 2008 frame to $63 million.

Image also continues to expect revenue for its full fiscal 2009 to range between $115 million and $125 million.
