Genius delays third-quarter reporting
Needs more time to complete restatements

NOV. 17 | Genius Products has delayed announcing its third-quarter 2008 results, previously anticipated today, until on or before Nov. 21.
In a Nov. 17 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Genius said it needed more time to prepare its quarterly results due to the additional work involved in restating several previous quarterly and full-year financial reports.
Last week, Genius asked the SEC for permission to delay filing its 10-Q in order to similarly complete the multiple restatements.
