Gameplay: Wolverine's Revenge doesn't skimp on what fans love about the clawed one. With only 48 hours to find the antidote to a viral time bomb, Wolverine's quest leads him into the Canadian wilderness to the infamous Weapon X facilities. Combining furious hand-to-hand combat with stealth elements, the action is intense. Even more impressive are the script (by longtime Marvel writer Larry Hama), voice acting (Patrick Stewart, Mark Hamill) and comic book cameos (Beast, Colossus, Sabretooth, Magneto).
Bottom Line: Analysts are betting that the X2 film will be one of the biggest hits this summer, and unlike most big-screen tie-ins, this game is actually good. Expect heavy crossover traffic. --Jon M. Gibson
