Story Line: When a clandestine operation to kidnap a Middle East terrorist leader (Eddy Saad) backfires, a CIA agent (Plummer) is captured. He returns to the U.S. to slay his commander (McCoy) and the team that left him there, but it turns out he's a decoy for a Florida invasion by Middle East troops.
Bottom Line: There's action for action's sake in this military/espionage excursion, directed by prolific B-meister Jim Wynorski (trading here as Jay Andrews). Lethal ordnance abound and small armies of costumed soldiers provide target-rich environments. The story moves from A to B in unfaltering straight lines, leading to a bus versus bus versus freight train duel--solid action, silly story. If Wynorski's fiery Militia, Desert Thunder and Stealth Fighter flew off your shelves, this no-better/no-worse effort will too. --Buzz McClain
