Well - the movie business or should I say - Time Warner - deserves to hand the battle over to the game business and or the computer business and or the consumer electronics businesses which by the way are all bigger than Hollywood. I wish Hollywood would just have backed Blu-Ray quickly, paid the extra royalties and made more money quickly without a 2-3 year format war.

Hollywood forgets there is the computer business here in Silcon Valley, that reaches more of their young audience (think myspace.com) - with the backing of all the major computer manufactures: DELL, HP and Apple backing blu-ray.

Let's have some peace and make some money, support Blu-Ray - the better format. All it takes is Hollywood to stop supporting HD-DVD and it is DEAD. However, if the studios can't unit under one format - the war will drag on - cable, Apple, HD Tivo will empower HD downloads, are all going to gain grown and blu-ray DVDs will become a smaller market than DVD.

I also urge Walmart, Kmart, Best Buy, Circuit City - not to carry HD-DVD and they can thus stop the war too.
