The customers want one worldwide high definition DVD standard with compatible T.V. & Radio broadcast standard with no regional coding, that will allow them to download a legal copy to their iPOD, PC or any other device they own to play entertainment on! Most of them can't operate all the buttons on the present DVD remote controls and want ease of use versus fancy gadgets that go unused.They really could care less about the technology they only want entertainment and easy ways to use it!
