NOV. 21 | Comedian and TV personality Byron Allen will host the 27th annual Video Business Video Hall of Fame gala dinner and awards show Dec. 3 at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Allen is CEO of Entertainment Studios, which produces first-run syndicated TV programming.
The Entertainment Studios Home Entertainment division distributes original programming and acquisitions, including films, concerts and specialty product with an emphasis on comedy.
Those being inducted into the Video Hall of Fame will be Steve Beeks, president and chief operating officer of Lionsgate; Reed Hastings, founder, chairman and CEO of Netflix; and Bill O’Brien, co-founder of Video Business and Video Hall of Fame.
All proceeds will benefit Variety—The Children’s Charity.
