LG Blu-ray player to get Netflix high-def upgrade

FROM TWICE: Was first set-top to offer rentailer's streaming service

DEC. 1 | FROM TWICE: LG Electronics said its LG BD300 Network Blu-ray Disc player will receive an upgrade to Netflix high-definition instant-streaming capability in early December.

The LG BD300 was the first Blu-ray Disc player to feature the built-in capability for Netflix’s instant-streaming service in standard-definition.
