IDEA names qualified board candidates

Three seats will be open

APRIL 28 | The Independent Dealers of Entertainment Assn. has named four qualified candidates for its 2008 election of the Board of Trustees.

The candidates are Nolan Anaya of Captain Video in Amherst, Mass.; Alan Goldstein, First Run Video in Brattleboro, Vt.; Christine Johansen, Crown Video and Tanning in Minneapolis; and Ken McAleer, Video Headquarters in Keene, N.H.

Three seats are up for election this year, and those who are appointed will have the position for three years.

IDEA members will be notified by mail about the election ballots and can vote online or via a printed ballot, which will be provided upon request.

Online voting will begin May 9, and votes must be received by June 15 11:59 EST to be valid.
