Anchor Bay promotes two executives
Gagnon, Daley take on extended titles

JUNE 23 | Anchor Bay Entertainment has promoted Ray Gagnon to executive VP of worldwide sales and Brian Daley to senior VP of worldwide business operations.

Gagnon joined the company in 2003, responsible for domestic sales efforts and overseeing the field sales team and managing all key accounts. He had worked at DreamWorks prior to Anchor Bay, serving through the global launch of Shrek and on the Wal-Mart Vendor Council. He also worked at 20th Century Fox Home entertainment and Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment.
Daley joined Anchor Bay in 2006 as VP of worldwide business development and has created and implemented sales planning and business standards that maximize revenue companywide, according to an Anchor Bay statement. Previously, we was VP of financial planning and sales analysis for Ventura Home Entertainment and worked at EMI and Priority Records.
“Brian and Ray are invaluable members of the executive team here at Anchor Bay Entertainment,” Anchor Bay Entertainment president Bill Clark said. “They both have played significant roles in the expansion of the Anchor Bay brand to include independent theatrical releases, distribution of frontline theatrical releases from our sister company Overture Films as well as our international expansion and increasing our retail profile and presence in the U.S. I am pleased to recognize their ongoing contribution with these well-deserved promotions.”
