I tried their service -- Don't waste your time or money. I started with the free service that plays everything in realmedia which is so compressed that the quality is trash. So I read around the website and it seemed to indicate that I download it in WMP if I bought the subscription. That is not true. You still download in the same crappy realmedia quality. Also I called to cancel my subscription within an hour after I purchased it and was told they they could cancel it but could not give me a refund. I would have to e-mail the billing department at the supplied address. A big part of their movies are old public domain movies that have not been restore and and then add the real media compression. Even at 9.95 a month it is not worth it. I would rather pay more somewhere else for better quality or buy the actually DVD's at Dollartree type stores.

I joined just to see what they had. Took 2 minutes to join and then I decided to cancel. There is no mention of canceling your membership anywhere on the site or in your receipts. I finally had to email customer support. They emailed back asking for information on why I was cancelling and then at the end said if I still wanted to cancel I HAD TO CALL THEM! I only have a pay-as-you-go cell phone. IT's going to cost me money to cancel my membership. Bottom line. Don't bother with these people. It's not worth the hassle.
