David Cross covers BofA's cover
November 20, 2006

Last week, Universal Music Group sent cease-and-desist letters to Stereogum and other web sites asking them to pull a popular viral video of two Bank of America employees singing about the merger of BofA and Capital One to U2's One. UMG claimed BofA violated its copyright.

That video's down, but today a new video with comedian David Cross and Johnny Marr from Modest Mouse covering the BofA version is making its way around and up the YouTube charts.
