Colbert back up on YouTube?

Stephen Colbert may have made himself a hero to YouTubers yesterday, saying on his show that clips from his show were still up on the site despite parent-company Viacom's request to YouTube last week that clips from its shows be pulled. I say may have made himself a hero only because I'm a little confused over whether he's saying the clips should be up or not, but judge for yourself in this YouTube clip found today.
