Liberation promotes Boone with Presidential campaign

OCT. 31 | Liberation Entertainment is taking advantage of the campaign for President in a promotion for its Nov. 18 release of Daniel Boone: The Final Season (prebook now; DVD $49.95).

The company has created a Web site, boonein08.com, designed to promote the series with a mock Daniel Boone for President campaign.
Beginning on Election Day, Nov. 4, the promotion includes a sweepstakes in which prizes will be awarded to entrants who create and send the greatest number of customized unique video e-mails before the Dec. 2 deadline.
Prizes include a grand prize of the complete Daniel Boone 45-DVD collection autographed by Fess Parker and Darby Hinton, 25 first prizes consisting of an autographed copy of Daniel Boone: The Final Season and 50 second prizes of a Daniel Boone: The Final Season sampler.
Bumper stickers supporting Boone are being mailed to fans, sales accounts and members of the media.
