Rendition DVD

Warner's Rendition has an all-star cast but grossed only $9.3 million in theaters. So when it bows on Feb. 19 (prebook Jan. 15), it will have a built-in audience.
And who are the members of this all-star cast? Jake Gyllenhaal, Reese Witherspoon, Alan Arkin and Meryl Streep. Someone for all ages groups--over 30, that is.
The story is about a man (Gyllenhaal) going missing and how that affects his family and, apparently, the government. Sounds intriguing. And it should, as it's a thriller.
Warner will price the DVD at $28.98. But the studio is staying clear of the high-def formats for now.
