Lawyer Up, Kids...Time to Watch Sleeping Beauty BD-Live
October 10, 2008

Blu-ray owners are finding it comical that Disney expects families to read through over 120 pages of legalese before they sit down to enjoy their Web-enabled bonus features on Sleeping Beauty. As pictured here at Web site Boing Boing, viewers must agree to a 'terms of use' document before entering Disney's BD-Live interface.
I'm sure the document essentially works to prohibit people from ripping the content and illegally offering it up elsewhere. By design, BD-Live is exclusively offered for people who buy the movie on Blu-ray; not for people to watch for free on YouTube.
But couldn't Disney have done that in less formidable fashion? Isn't Disneyland the 'Happiest Place on Earth?'

It's actually more like 65,000 words. Who cares how many pages. And the features are very difficult to use.
