Observe and Report DVD, Blu-ray

Thanks to a little birdie, we had spied Observe and Report on Amazon's Video On Demand service for release on July 21, then on Sept. 15, but we finally just got the official announcement from Warner, and the Seth Rogen comedy will be arriving on Sept. 22.
Prebook is Aug. 18, and Observe and Report will be priced at $28.98 on DVD and $35.99 on Blu-ray.
It looks like the DVD will be a vanilla version, with all the extras and digital copy only on Blu-ray.
Those extras will be a gag reel; additional scenes; BD Live access; outtakes; a picture-in-picture film commentary with Rogen, co-star Anna Faris and director Jody Hill; the featurette "Seth Rogen: Basically Training—On the Set With Seth" and the mall security recruitment video "Seth Rogen Wants You."
The movie grossed $23.9 million, lower than other Rogen starrers Pineapple Express ($87 million) and Knocked Up (148 million), but Rogen's latest, Funny People, bowed in theaters today and should do well, considering its heavy-weight co-star Adam Sandler.
