Saw VI DVD, Blu-ray

The latest installment of the ongoing Saw franchise will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on Jan. 26 (prebook Dec. 30).
Lionsgate is bulking up Saw VI, which grossed $27.4 million in theaters, by releasing it as a two-movie set in three versions: an R-rated theatrical fullscreen edition, an unrated Director's Cut widescreen edition ($29.95 each) and an unrated Director's Cut Blu-ray ($39.99). Each two-movie set will include this new horror movie and the original Saw.
Saw VI also will be available as a digital download ($19.99) on Jan. 26.
Lionsgate also has packed all the versions with extras. The theatrical version will include:
· “Jigsaw Revealed” featurette
· “The Traps of Saw VI” featurette
· “A Killer Maze: Making SAW GAME OVER” featurette
· Music videos from the bands Mushroomhead, Memphis May Fire, Hatebreed and Suicide Silence
The Unrated Director's Cut DVD will have those plus:
· Audio commentary with producer Mark Burg and executive producers Peter Block and Jason Constantine
· Audio commentary with director Kevin Greutert and screenwriters Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan
And the Blu-ray will have all those and Lionsgate Live and BD-Touch and Metamenu Remote enabled features.
