New Adventures of Priscilla, NIMH DVDs
April 13, 2007
All hail Priscilla!
If you haven't seen
The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, now's a good time.
MGM is bringing out an
Extra Frills Edition on June 5 (prebook May 9). Guy Pearce's method of honoring Abba is not to be missed -- even if it is really gross.
The single-disc edition offers commentary, featurettes, deleted scenes, bloopers and a photo gallery that's, according to the press materials, "fabulous".
On June 19 (prebook May 23), MGM also will release
The Secret of NIMH: Family Fun Edition, a two-disc set celebrating the animated feature's 25th anniversary. Special features include "family friendly" deleted scenes with commentary from directors Don Bluth and Gary Goldman, five games and a 10-minute making-of featurette.
Both will be priced at $19.98. And
Fox distributes MGM product.
