Potter Oops

At least a couple of consumers are reporting that they are mistakenly getting HD DVD discs with their Harry Potter Blu-ray gift sets, which span the first five films in the Warner Home Video franchise. It's not clear if the studio is in fact actually to blame for the error, or if something went screwy somewhere else in the supply chain. Bloggers, though, are having field day over the mix-up and What It All Means. "Warner wants everyone to be dual format!" "The HD DVD disc wants to join up with Blu-ray!" Things along those lines - making it just another high-larious moment in format war land. 
Affected consumers are at work getting replacment discs. Warner had not yet responded for comment about the source of the Potter problem
