Extract DVD, Blu-ray

The latest film from the creator of that brilliant bit of comedy cinema Office Space, Extract is coming to DVD and Blu-ray Dec. 22 (prebook Nov. 10).
If you missed it in theaters, Extract, in my opinion, doesn't have the same hilarious edge as Office Space, but it has some very funny moments and boasts Jason Bateman, Mila Kunis, Kristen Wiig and Ben Affleck in the cast, which should be enough to bring in the uninitiated on DVD.
Strangely enough, Extract made the same $10 million at the box office as Office Space. So, maybe Extract will follow its older brother and become a cult hit for the home market. We'll see.
Disney is putting just the featurette "Mike Judge's Secret Recipe: The Ingredients for a Classic Mike Judge Film" on the DVD ($29.99) and putting that plus deleted and extended scenes on the Blu-ray ($39.99).
